Olympus are serious about motivating their team, who are the real architects of the company’s success. They often organize events for them in which employees take centre stage.

A good example of this was the Family Open Day; an informal opportunity for employees to invite their family and friends to share the company’s philosophy and values. They laid on a visit to the facilities during which they could show their nearest and dearest where they work, and explain what they do in a working day. Guests also had the chance to meet the colleagues their loved ones work with on a daily basis.

To give the day a party atmosphere, we set up a finger buffet, a children’s play area and a photocall, where guests took funny photos with friends and colleagues as a souvenir of the day.

It was a wonderful opportunity to get to know Olympus and its entire team!
